What To Expect

Starting at Kindful Psychology

Step 1:

Initial contact begins your journey toward healing and support by booking an intake call with our clinical coordinator.

Step 2:

Complete your intake call to gather some basic information about your goals for therapy and therapist preferences.

Step 3:

An appointment is scheduled with your therapist, and you will be sent intake forms to complete.

Step 4:

Meet with your therapist to explore your goals together in a safe and collaborative space.
