About the Event
This six week group involves short meditations, teachings, individual reflections, art practices using various media (e.g., clay, paint), small group work, and large group discussion. The art practices will help to deepen participant's experience of the mindful self-compassion exercises and teachings. All are welcome and no art experience is necessary.
In This Group you will:
- Creatively explore, express, and process your thoughts and emotions through art media and techniques.
- Bring a kind, gentle curiousity to difficult emotional experiences and practice compassion skills to improve your relationship to yourself.
- Experiment with compassionate, evidence-based practices to work with with challenging emotions, situations, and relationships.
- Deepen your relationship with yourself and reconnect with your core values.
