If you have an active, approved claim with WSIB Ontario, we can coordinate direct billing for your psychotherapy sessions. This ensures you can focus entirely on your rehabilitation and mental well-being without worrying about upfront, out-of-pocket costs.

Kindful Psychology Services is a registered provider for the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program, which provides eligible First Nations and Inuit clients with coverage for mental health counseling. We bill the program directly, meaning there are no upfront fees for approved services. We are honoured to provide a culturally safe, supportive space for your healing journey.

We are deeply committed to supporting those who have served our country. We accept direct billing for eligible Canadian Armed Forces veterans, RCMP members, and their families through Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC). If you have pre-approved mental health coverage, we will handle the paperwork directly with Medavie Blue Cross so you can seamlessly access the care you deserve.

We provide safe, trauma-informed counselling for former Indian Residential School students, their families, and individuals affected by intergenerational trauma. Eligible clients include Survivors, certain family members, and those who reside with Survivors. As registered providers, we offer direct billing for approved sessions, with no upfront out-of-pocket costs.
