About the Event
There will be mindfulness and self-compassion short teachings, experiential practices, small and large group discussion, and optional home practices. Group participation is entirely optional.
This group will help you to:

📌 Use mindfulness and self-compassion meditation and behavioural practices for grounding to manage overwhelm
📌 Understand the research-supported benefits of self-compassion
📌 Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
